Over 80 percent of our clients are either 'totally' or 'very' satisfied
Towards the end of last year we carried out an online customer satisfaction survey. We were thrilled that over 200 of our clients provided us with valuable feedback. Over the coming weeks we will be analysing the results carefully and providing responses. I'm happy to say that the overwhelming majority of those who responded provided us with very positive feedback. Our clients travel from all over Leicetser, Leicestershire and further a field to experience some of the best dental care in the Midlands.
The results showed not only how satisfied our clients are, but also shows which Dentique service or quality are ranked as most important. 98% of those responding stated that the ‘quality of the dental work’ was the most important thing. This also comes out on top in terms of satisfaction with 80% of you saying you were either totally or very satisfied. There's still room for improvement though and we'll be running the survey again in 2011 to see if we've improved.
