Aesthetic Treatments Now Available at Dentique
We'd like to welcome you to Dentique Beauty - the same professional service, the same level of expertise, and the same value for money - facial aesthetics at Dentique.
Wrinkles and facial lines result from ageing, muscle activity, your genetic predisposition and other factors such as smoking, sun exposure and excess alcohol. Whilst you may be able to reduce or control some of the predisposing factors you cannot influence them all hence we all develop some wrinkles as we age, but that does not mean that you simply have to put up with them.
At Dentique we offer treatments to reduce the appearance of lines and wrinkles, enhancing your confidence in your appearance and helping you to look younger.
Wrinkles can be reduced using a muscle relaxant injection that temporarily relaxes facial muscles and reduces the appearance and formation of fine lines, frown lines, crows feet and laughter lines. The procedure is safe and uses tiny amounts of muscle relaxant safely used in medicine for at least the last 10 years. The effect is noticeable after a few days and lasts three or four months. Take a look at the photos below to see what could be achieved.
Deeper lines may be improved using a dermal filler which temporarily fills wrinkles with a synthetic (non-animal) hyaluronic acid gel which is gradually reabsorbed by the body. It is successful in correcting wrinkles and folds, shaping facial contours or lip enhancement. Re-treatment is normally required at between 3-6 months or longer. Dentique uses Restylane®dermal fillers which are the benchmark products with proven quality, versatility and safety for cosmetic procedures. The photos below show what could be achieved.
Our treatments are delivered painlessly in a relaxing environment following a simple local anaesthetic procedure, by dentally qualified staff who have completed accredited training. Some of our team have had these treatments themselves and would be happy to discuss their experiences with you.

Lingual Orthodontics at Dentique
The sooner you start orthodontic treatment the easier it is.Innovative modern treatments can cater for a huge variety of needs at any age, and treatments can be invisible.
Lingual brackets may be a perfect solution to your crooked teeth. The braces are invisible because they are glued to the back of your teeth. They work like ordinary braces except only you and your dentist will know that they are there.
The brackets that hold the wire in place are a much lower profile than conventional brackets so they cause hardly any irritation to your tongue or impediment to speech. The photos show a patient at the beginning of treatment, with the brace attached to the palatal (roof of mouth) side of her upper teeth, and at the end of treatment.
Why not arrange an appointment to see our dentist and discuss the best options for you?
Pain Free Laser Dentistry at Dentique
It really is possible to have pain-free dental treatment!! At Dentique we will soon be using the WaterLase™ for some of our treatments.
The WaterLase™ from BioLase™ uses patented technology combining a YSGG laser and a gentle spray of water to perform a wide range of dental treatments. There is no heat, vibration or pressure normally associated with conventional treatment, making for increased comfort with less swelling, bleeding and discomfort afterwards.
Treated areas heal more quickly and with less postoperative discomfort than with conventional treatments. Usually no local anaesthetic is needed, reducing treatment time and there is no annoying numb lip afterwards! Lasers have been successfully used in dentistry since 1998. A wide range of treatments may be provided, including fillings, gum surgery, root canal therapy and treatment of periodontal (gum) disease.
In a survey carried out in the USA, 97% of patients treated with the WaterLase™ would recommend it to a friend. The photos below give you an idea of what can be done with the laser. Why not arrange a consultation and see what we could do for you?
