In return for the fun stuff we have a few rules!
- You need to be under 12 years old to join
- Try really hard to keep your teeth healthy by:
- Keeping them clean and brushing twice a day
- Eating a healthy diet with not too much sweet stuff or fizzy drinks
- coming in to see us regularly for appointments
Prize winners get their picture on the website (if they want) but we need your permission, and mum and dad's permission first.
For Parents/Guardians.
If your child wins a prize we would like to put their photo on the website, with their permission, and yours.
Personal details would be limited to first name and age ONLY.
